Information about ordering
We do not apply a minimum order. You enter the quantity in the purchase box, and your items are collected in the shopping cart, which is at the top right. There you will also proceed to the checkout. When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about the products, prices, billing and delivery address. If there is something wrong with the order, you should immediately contact us via email to order@aftek.se or call +46 278-40520. You must be 18 years old or have the consent of a guardian when ordering.

Backorders
Backorders are delivered without extra charge.

The prices in the store are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor) and all prices include 25% VAT for accessories and 6% VAT for edible products.
We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect

Free Arbrå. Delivery is by POSTNORD alt. DHL. Export UPS. Normal delivery time 3-4 days -week.
Longer time for certain products. E.g. own blends, packaged products and for trade fair orders.
Mail is sent from AFTEK the same day that goods leave the warehouse, if we have a valid email address.
Information about Prices

Unit fee on ALL orders except backorders 159:-. For pallet delivery 600:-/pc for 1/2 pallet 850:-/pc for 1/1 pallet. No free shipping limit.
Gotland surcharge of 325:- is added for delivery on pallet.
Backorders are delivered with a shipping cost of 45:-. Additions to orders can be made.
Delivery with POSTNORD or DHL.
If you have your own customer number with the forwarder - no shipping is charged.
Pallet
When delivering on a EUR pallet, the customer will be charged 125:-, 1/2 pallet will be charged 50:-
Complaint
In the event of transport damage, THIS MUST BE REPORTED TO THE FORWARDER, and NOTED ON THE BOX or SHIPPING NOTE!
Please take pictures. Then report the damage number to AFTEK within 8 days.

Company invoice
The following applies to customers who act as a company and choose payment via invoice ("company invoice").
Credit check: When applying for payment via company invoice, a standard credit check is carried out, which may mean that a credit report is obtained.
Payment terms: The due date and other terms for the company invoice are stated on the invoice. When paying by invoice, payment must be received no later than 30 days from the invoice date (or the date stated on the invoice). In the event of a delay in payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added as well as late payment interest of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is made.

Payment terms for this payment option are as follows.
In the event of late payment, a reminder fee will be charged in the amount permitted by current law. SEK 60 plus late payment interest of 12% + applicable reference interest. The invoice or bank receipt is your receipt.

Information about the right of withdrawal
The product must be in saleable condition with undamaged packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods specially ordered or specially manufactured for you as a customer. You have a general statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you have received a product that you ordered. You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal based on Swedish law on goods whose seal has been broken, goods that lose their value (for example, food) upon delivery. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the full amount will be refunded.

Always notify us of any complaints as soon as possible. However, no later than 8 days after receiving the goods. According to law, you have the right to complain about your product for 3 years, provided that the fault can be attributed to the seller as original, within 6 months from the time of purchase. We accept the Swedish National Complaints Board (ARN). Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is returned in undamaged and unused condition in the unopened original packaging. We comply with the Distance and Doorstep Selling Act. The product must be returned with its original packaging and in a substantially unchanged condition.
Information about Uncollected Packages
If you do not collect your ordered goods, you will be charged our cost for sending your package back and forth and storage costs. The cost for this is currently 150 SEK. Uncollected packages do not count as cancellation of your purchase. According to Swedish law, you must always notify us of your right of withdrawal, complaint, exchange or return of your order.
